WHAT KIND OF ESSENTIAL OILS CAN I USE IN THIS DIFFUSER?

You can use any of your favorite oil or water based essential oils with this diffuser. For easy cleaning and maintenance, we recommend water based.

DOES THE DIFFUSER REQUIRE DISTILLED WATER?

No, regular tap water works just fine

IS THE SALT LAMP SLEEP FRIENDLY LIKE YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS?

Yes, the salt lamp uses an incandescent bulb which emits much less blue light compared to LED's or other low energy light sources. The incandescent bulb is also used to heat the salt rocks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SALT ROCKS START GETTING WET?

Salt will naturally attract water or "sweat" in humid environments. We have designed the diffuser to be strong enough to disperse the water vapor high enough to not accumulate around the diffuser, but in already humid environments, you may consider using a lower mist setting. You can also use the brighter salt lamp setting so the heated salt rocks are less likely to accumulate moisture.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN OR REPLACE THE SALT ROCKS?

No, you never need to clean or replace the salt rocks. If there is moisture on the salt rocks, simply wipe away with a damp cloth.

WHERE CAN I FIND A REPLACEMENT SALT LAMP BULB?

You can use any brand name T10 24V 2W incandescent bulb.

WHAT IF THE DIFFUSER RUNS OUT OF WATER DURING USE?

There is a built in water level detector so the unit will automatically shut off if
the water level is too low.
