First off, if you need to consider a return or refund you have most likely ordered a product from us for which we owe you a big "thank you!". We promise to do our best to deliver you an amazing product and customer experience which includes returns. For returns, we make it simple. Just follow the five guidelines below:

• You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment, please email customercare@emaginea.com
• If you want to return your product within the first 30 days after your receipt, please email customercare@emaginea.com to arrange a return.
• Return products must be in "like new" condition in full original box packaging. 
• Costs arising from duties, VAT and shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
